Using the text of Octavio Paz, this new piece by Matthew Harris is in three movements: Xochipilli, Ni o y Trompo and Objetos. Each is from Paz’s larger poem Lecci½n de cosas, a musing on little decorative objects over a bookcase. Duration ca. 6 minutes.
